Add stock

You can go to My Stock page to manage your stock. If you are from Ireland you can import CSV herd profile file which can be downloaded from Ireland Department of Agriculture. Once you have uploaded the CSV file, all animals are listed below the page, you can enter extra information by clicking edit. You must add one or more images to the stock. You can also add stock manually by clicking the ADD NEW STOCK MANUALLY button.

Add and start auction

Go to My Stock page, tick the stock that you want to add to auction, then click the ADD TICKED STOCK TO AUCTION button. You need to choose the correct export type, enter a reserve price per kilo, select delivery option and select the number of days in auction. Click the button on the button of the page to start the auction.

Accept Bid

Go to My Auctions page, locate your auction, click on ACCEPT BID button, in the popup window, confirm the bid by clicking ACCEPT BID. Once the bid is accepted, full payment from the buyer is held by LSL and partial amount is released to you. You need to click BUYER DETAILS button to see the buyers contact details and arrange delivery or pickup. When the animals are delivered or picked up and weight is confirmed by you and the buyer, the remaining payment will be released to you.

Confirm weight

Once the animal is delivered or picked up, you need to confirm the total weight of the animal on LSL. Locate the auction and click on BUYERS DETAILS button, enter the total weight and click CONFIRM button. You can also update previously confirmed weight if you make a mistake.

Deal completed

Once you and the seller confirms a matching total animal weight, the deal completes and the remaining auction payment will be released to you. You can go to My Auction page and see the full transaction event log details and also rate the buyer.

Transfer money into your physical bank account

Once the deal completes, full auction payment will be in your LSL account. You need to initiate a money transfer from your LSL account into your bank account. Go to Banking page and click VIEW STATEMENT button, you can submit the amount you wish to transfer, once we receive your request, money will be transferred to your designated bank account.
